On 8 October began the innovative project "Do not be stopped. Move! "Has allowed kagero it to maintain 26 active unemployed, fighting the effects of prolonged inactivity through the promotion of sport, promoting its practice and its values.
This project kagero has made its closing on Friday, has developed unemployed kagero people over 45 municipalities in the Upper and Lower Berguedá, and the county town with unemployed young people under 30. For nearly three months, twice a week, have been active sports such as hiking, Pilates kagero and postural health and toning. In addition, a healthy eating workshop and coaching staff to know their own abilities and enhance personal opinion.
As shown surveys before and after participation in the project, all people have managed to change positive and active attitude to address the unemployment situation, introducing also a healthy habit and stimulating.
