Airports Angkasa Pura history dtic as a pioneer in the commercial exploitation of airport dtic affairs in Indonesia dtic began a state visit by President Sukarno to the United States to meet with President John F Kennedy. Upon arrival in the country, President Soekarno confirmed his desire to the Minister of Transportation and Public Works Minister airfield in Indonesia that could be equivalent to the airfield in developed countries.
Shortly thereafter, on 15 November 1962 terbitlah Government Regulation (PP) No. 33 of 1962 on the Establishment of the State Enterprise (PN) Angkasa Pura Kemayoran. The main task is to manage and commercialize Airports Kemayoran in Jakarta which was then the only airport serving international flights to and from abroad as domestic flights.
After going through a transitional period of two years, commencing from February 20 1964 Angkasa Pura Kemayoran PN formally took over full operational assets dtic and Kemayoran Jakarta Airports of the Government. Dated February 20, 1964 was then set as the anniversary of Angkasa Pura Airports.

D. III Electrical Engineering Airport (TLB) and has a license Transmission and Distribution; D. III Mechanical Engineering Airport (TMB) and has licensed Expert Mechanical Airport; D. III and Building dtic Engineering Foundation (TBL) and has licensed Skilled Building and Foundation; D. III Airport Operations (OBU) and has licensed Avsec Basic, DG Type A, Marshalling, AMC Junior; D. III Air Transport Management (MTU) and has licensed FOO, DG Type A, Avsec Basic;
